CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVES
Jess is one of our experienced receptionists and has been a member of our work family for years. Jess pays attention to detail, always has a smile and aims to make every visit a pleasant experience. Jess is able to multi-task while still providing attention to every patient and client as if they were her own family. Her ability to know our clients, their pets and their stories enables her to provide each customer a welcoming and supportive visit. She assists in many aspects of managing the reception area and is always looking for ways to make the client experience better. Your visit would not be the same compassionate visit without Jess as our lead receptionist.
