Rachel is a Harford County native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Salisbury University. She has been an essential member of the RSVC team for 5 years. Her favorite thing about her job is seeing all the different kinds of animals that walk through our doors and being an integral part of providing great client care. She also manages the ordering and inventory of our prescription diets to ensure our patients have access to the best nutrition to meet their special dietary needs. Rachel is a newlywed to husband Dominic. She has 2 dogs, Luna and Mira; and one cat, Simon, a Maine coon mix. In her spare time, she loves to bake sweets for friends and colleagues.

MICHELLE
Michelle has been a valuable asset at Rock Spring Veterinary Clinic for 3.5 years. Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medical Technology from Wilson College and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2009. She has been working in veterinary hospitals since 2003 and cannot see doing anything else! Her special interests are in anesthesia, dentistry, surgical nursing, and radiology. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, and golden retriever, Kirby.
MEG
Meg has been part of the Rock Spring Veterinary Clinic team for 11 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology, as well as a master’s degree in education. In her free time, Meg is a frisbee enthusiast and loves to spend time with her dog Simon and her two cats, Louis and Stanley.
LARA
Lara has worked part-time for RSVC since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University in Modern Foreign Languages with a minor in Biology; and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology from Blue Ridge Community College. She is dually licensed in Virginia and Maryland as an LVT/RVT. Her veterinary passions are client education, nursing care, and laboratory sciences. In her free time, she loves traveling with her husband Joe and their 2 children; taking part in equestrian competitions with her Arabian horse, Xander; and volunteer work finding homes for retired racing greyhounds. Her family also includes dogs – Scout (a greyhound), Holly (a bluetick hound mix); and two guinea pigs (Sprite and Pepsi).

ALEX
Alex has been a valued team member at RSVC since 2017. He loves working closely with our veterinarians on behavior cases as well as with exotic pets, such as small mammals and reptiles. He has many pets at home to include a tarantula, guinea pigs, hermit crabs and 4 dogs. He is currently training and showing his standard poodle puppy, Kuzco, in obedience and confirmation. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and playing video games.
LAUREN
Lauren has been a valued veterinary assistant with RSVC since 2020. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University and is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technology program with a goal to become a Veterinary Technician Specialist in animal behavior. She enjoys interacting with pets that need a little more help with being confident at the vet and performing laboratory tests. Her hobbies include hiking and working with her 2 border collies, Maezie and Finnley.
TAELOR
Tiffany
RSVC is pleased to have welcomed Tiffany as a member of our team during the summer of 2023. She is currently attending the Community College of Baltimore County, pursuing her Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology. She is enjoying learning about the many types of animals we serve at RSVC! In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking shows, and spending time with her two dogs; Ryder (a lab/border collie mix), Legend (a pitbull/husky mix), and her hamster – Deebo. Tiffany also enjoys learning foreign languages and speaks Spanish, as well as some ASL. She one day hopes to have a farm where she can use her veterinary skills to provide care for large animals that hold a special place in her heart.
